About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Structural Designer with a strong command of Revit and Navisworks and a solid background in structural, precast, and GRC elements. You will play a hands-on role in creating high-quality 3D models, ensuring project accuracy, and collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers and architects across international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural design and analysis for concrete and steel structures
- Prepare and review design calculations, structural reports, and drawings
- Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode)
- Provide value engineering solutions and technical support during construction stages
- Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in structural design
- Strong experience in RC and steel design
- Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of international design codes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced project environments
- Comfortable working UAE business hours including Saturdays
BIM Modeler (Senior)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior BIM Modeler specializing in precast and GRC elements. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our 3D models using Revit and Navisworks, supporting the project team through all phases of construction. You will take on senior-level coordination responsibilities, mentor junior staff, and help drive quality across our project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and modify 3D BIM models for precast and GRC elements using Revit
- Ensure models meet Level of Detail 400 (LOD 400) and all project specifications
- Create and maintain Revit families
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop models aligned with project requirements
- Utilize Navisworks (NWC) for clash detection and project coordination
- Ensure accurate modeling of structural components including precast panels and GRC connections
- Prepare and maintain model documentation, drawings, and schedules
- Review and resolve model inconsistencies to ensure all standards are met
- Lead project coordination, mentor junior staff, and assist in 4D simulations and construction sequencing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on precast and GRC elements
- Strong proficiency in Revit for creating detailed and accurate models
- Experience with Navisworks (NWC) for clash detection and coordination
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
- Familiarity with Rhino is a plus
- Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture
- Comfortable working UAE business hours, including Saturdays

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Precast Detailer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise, high-quality precast concrete shop drawings, erection layouts, and fabrication details. Working closely with our structural engineers and BIM modelers, you will ensure that all precast elements are accurately detailed for manufacturing and installation on complex, large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed precast concrete shop drawings and erection plans using AutoCAD and Revit
- Detail precast elements including walls, columns, beams, slabs, and stairs
- Create accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and bar bending schedules (BBS)
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity and architectural intent
- Incorporate MEP openings and cast-in items accurately into precast element drawings
- Review and implement client or consultant comments on submitted drawings
- Ensure all detailing complies with relevant local and international codes and standards
- Collaborate closely with the BIM team to maintain model accuracy and project standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience specifically in precast concrete detailing
- High proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or specialized precast software is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of precast manufacturing, handling, and erection processes
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight project deadlines
- Comfortable working UAE business hours, including Saturdays
