Batoul Chamali, PE
Co-founder and technical director of AZE Engineering. Based in Abu Dhabi, Batoul leads all engineering delivery and client technical coordination. She built AZE from a single project in 2019 into a cross-border team delivering some of the region’s most complex structures.
Technical Delivery
AZE’s technical work is organized into three specialized streams, each led by a senior engineer with full accountability for their discipline.
BIM & Structural
Federated model management, structural coordination, clash detection, and LOD 100–500 delivery across all project disciplines.
Detailing
Fabrication-ready shop drawings, structural detailing, and production documentation for precast, steel, and façade components.
Precast & Cladding
Specialized engineering for precast concrete and GRC façade systems — from schematic design through production geometry and clash detection.
Project Engineering
Our project engineers sit at the interface between delivery streams and client teams — coordinating technical outputs, managing submittals, and ensuring every package lands on time.
Based in Abu Dhabi, working directly alongside the Managing Director on active projects.
Operations
